Training for trainers

The Training of Trainers (ToT) course was a professional development programme for emerging and experienced trainers working in international non-formal education. Aligned with the European Training Strategy of Erasmus+ Youth, the course strengthened key competences such as designing educational programmes, facilitating individual and group learning, effective communication, teamwork, intercultural understanding, and civic engagement. Since participants joined with different levels of experience, the ToT emphasized self-directed learning, peer support, and guided facilitation, allowing each trainer to advance their skills and learning path in a personalized and meaningful way.
