Move to Improve

Move to Improve is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET) project that aims to strengthen the capacities of VET stakeholders across Europe by enhancing international cooperation, mobility and the quality of vocational training. It brings together education providers, civil society, government and industry partners to support modernisation and internationalisation of VET systems.

The project is implemented by a multilateral partnership of organisations from several Western Balkan and EU countries committed to fostering inclusive, high-quality VET through structured collaboration, exchange of good practices, and joint international activities.

Objectives

Move to Improve’s overall objectives include:

• Building the capacity of VET institutions and stakeholders to recognise and implement international programmes as tools for quality improvement in vocational education and training.
• Enhancing students’ competencies  both technical and soft skills , by promoting work-based learning (WBL) and international mobility opportunities.
• Supporting professional development for teachers and staff, including knowledge on managing international mobilities and fostering innovation in teaching.
• Strengthening cooperation between schools, employers and institutions to improve alignment with labour-market needs and increase relevance, inclusivity and digital readiness in VET.
• Facilitating exchange of good practices, networks and partnerships across countries to raise the overall standard of vocational training and institutional capacities.

The Move to Improve project receives funding from the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. With its collaborative actions and shared vision, together we are building a VET ecosystem where internationalisation, quality learning experiences and stakeholder engagement empower learners and educators to thrive in a globalised and future-ready labour market.
