Background: We applied for the project because it aligns with the belief that qualified individuals with entrepreneurial competencies are crucial for society's progress. We addressed the need to develop these competencies in a non-formal way and reduce gender imbalance in entrepreneurship, which is essential for empowering young women, fostering youth autonomy, and creating equal opportunities in the labour market. We were dedicated to changing social attitudes and contributing to progress through these activities.
Objectives: The project aimed to achieve several goals, including developing competencies, knowledge, and skills in participants, fostering strategic thinking, enhancing communication
abilities, promoting gender equality, and nurturing entrepreneurship competence. Additionally, it sought to empower youth, instill a start-up mindset, and facilitate collaboration
among EU partners for long-term positive impacts on youth development and international cooperation.
Implementation: We implemented several activities and three main results.
Activities:
Project management activities
3 transnational partners meetings (2 online)
Realisation of 27 video podcasts
One website
5 training on different topics (entrepreneurship, marketing and promotion, startup creation, video-making, women empowerment)
Community circles
Dissemination activities.
Results: The most concrete outputs are the website, and the video podcasts realised.
