IN-VET Project

IN-VET (INVEsT in you) is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (VET) project coordinated by Startup Szeged (Hungary). The project strengthens cooperation between VET and labour-market stakeholders in the EU and the Eastern Partnership region, with a focus on Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova.

The project aims to improve employability and entrepreneurial competences of VET learners, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, by delivering structured learning opportunities that combine career orientation, skills development, and international exposure. In parallel, IN-VET builds the capacity of VET teachers and staff, equipping them with practical tools to organise training activities, support learner mobility, and run entrepreneurship-focused events.

Key actions include national and international vocational orientation training, teacher seminars and peer exchange, and international work-based learning/internships in private-sector companies hosted in Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania. 

The project runs from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
