imageIN was an updated Erasmus+ KA105 youth mobility project that built on previous applications to strengthen the capacity of youth workers through an innovative mix of coaching, facilitation and visual facilitation. It responded to the weak local impact of many trainings by focusing on visual thinking and the Picture Sensory Effect, using images and graphic recording to create more personal, goal-oriented learning paths. The project introduced a two-step training course (first on graphic harvesting, then on coaching) followed by local practice, and monitored both international and local activities to generate evidence of this competence model. In this way, imageIN supported social inclusion and helped create “2.0” youth workers equipped to respond to emerging challenges.
