How to Put Together a Youth Exchange” was a training programme created for young people eager to design and implement their own youth exchange but lacking a full understanding of how such projects are built. Through practical activities and guided reflection, participants gained a clear, in-depth view of the structure, methodology, and steps involved in developing a youth exchange. They also learned tips and best practices from experienced youth workers and trainers.
The program strengthened key competences needed to create successful youth exchanges: understanding Erasmus+ opportunities, recognizing the structure of a youth exchange project, designing and coordinating programmes, working effectively in international teams, and facilitating individual and group learning processes.
