Grow In VET project

Grow-in VET is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET) project that supports the modernisation and internationalisation of VET in the Western Balkans through structured cooperation, mobility, and stakeholder engagement.

The project is implemented by a multilateral partnership bringing together organisations active in VET and labour-market cooperation from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Hungary, Greece, and Slovenia.

Objectives

GVET’s overall objectives include:

• Fostering cooperation with Western Balkan countries and relevant stakeholders to increase learning mobilities and improve the quality of education and learning experiences.
• Enhancing students’ skills to reduce skills mismatch and contribute to tackling youth unemployment.
• Providing better opportunities for learners with fewer opportunities / less-favoured backgrounds.
• Strengthening teachers’ professional development and institutional capacity.
• Supporting stronger dialogue and cooperation between EU and Western Balkan actors, and improving VET schools’ visibility and reputation.
