Connected Through Mobility (CTM) is a European Union-funded pilot project that strengthens Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems in the Western Balkans by introducing structured international mobility opportunities and enhancing cooperation between VET providers, educators, and labour market actors within the Erasmus+ framework. The initiative supports institutional capacity building, international partnerships, and practical learning experiences that connect education with real-world skills and job-market needs.
The project involves participating countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, and Montenegro, and is implemented in cooperation with host and partner countries: Greece, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. This transnational partnership connects VET institutions, educators, learners, and labour-market actors across the region and the European Union.
Objectives
CTM’s main objectives include:
By connecting VET institutions across borders, CTM contributes to a more dynamic, inclusive, and labour-market-oriented vocational training landscape in the Western Balkans, while laying the foundation for sustainable international cooperation and future mobility opportunities.
The Connected Through Mobility project is part of the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) funding mechanism and received funding from the European Union. With the help of this project together, we are creating a world where borders are bridged through knowledge, understanding, and friendship
