Topics:

  • Participation and employment on youth sphere.
  • Youth unemployment, career orientation and dystopia on the labour market.
  • Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation.
  • Aims: 
    Create a training based on lessons learned and the tools created during a deep research in social and solidarity economy projects around Europe.

    Objectives of the project:
    1. Develop skills trainers and facilitators to the implementation of projects within the Erasmus + programme related to young entrepreneurship in social and solidarity economy.
    2. Offer tools to the participants to be able to create trainings to young entrepreneurship in social and solidarity economy.
    3. Increase awareness of best practices in young entrepreneurship.
    4. Test intellectual outputs on youth enterpreneurship to improve and adjust them to the real context of the beneficiaries.
    5. Promote the Erasmus+ Program such as a professional develop tool for all the participants.

    Learning Outcomes:
    -Participants will gain an in–depth understanding of Social and solidarity economy projects in different countries in Europe.
    -Participants will be able to train other people in social and solidarity economy management and in youth work inclusion.
    -Participants will improve their knowledge in ESS projects in order to deliver higher learning impact for the participants.
    -Participants will be able to design community impact ESS projects.

    Methology: 
    The seminar will incorporate a range of different participatory methodologies in order to achieve our aims and objectives such as debates, pool of good experiences, working groups and experiential learning. All workshops will cater for all learning styles to make sure all possible issues in learning are addressed.

    Participants profile:
    -Project managers, volunteer coordinators, activity coordinators, mentors and people actively involved in ESS projects. And/or trainers, social workers, social educators working with youth employment policies
    and projects.
    -Young people (unemployed or leaving formal education) with the profile of Youth Guarantee programme.

    The participants should commit to any preparatory task asked by the organisers and to follow-up on the training course through working actively in the youth field, (ideally) in co-operation with their sending organisation.

    Financial matters:
    Accommodation and lodging covered 100% by the Erasmus +.
    Travel expenses covered up to a certain amount defined by the Distance Calculator.
    In the case of Hungary the available sum is 275€/participant.
