About the project

Project „No Limits!”, consisting of a seminar and a training course, is aimed at comprehensive defining and understanding the phenomena of inclusion and diversity, as well as learning, exchanging and adapting tools and methods of youth work, to enable operation in line with the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy – in the field of youth, and other documents of the EU key for the topic.

The project is designed for workers and co-workers of partner organisations from 10 European countries – Bulgaria, Croatia,Latvia, Italy, Romania, UK, Macedonia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Poland. The project will be run with tools and methods of non-formal education.

The seminar was implemented from 4th to 11th of February 2017 in Djakovo, Croatia, while the training course will take place from May 28th to June 5th in Krzyzowa, Poland. The project is expected to have multidimensional influence on participants and is designed to meet their needs regarding professional and personal development. It will also meet expectations of partner organisations, who will leverage their operational capacities by strengthening competences of their workers and co-workers, which in turn will positively affect the quality of activities for youth with fewer opportunities in Europe.

What’s the main goal?

The project aims to:
– promote the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy and its to strenghten its meaning to youth work in Europe
– to learn and exchange good practices of activities aimed at fostering social inclusion
– to learn the Erasmus+ programme as a platform of suport for social inclusion and respecting diversity
– to learn about realities of life of young people in different parts of Europe
– Strenghten network of youth NGOs in Europe

Venue
The Training Course will be held in a beautiful and relaxing rural area, Krzyzowa Village, which is situated around 60km far from Wrocław in Lower Silesia region, Poland. Participants will be accommodated in 1/2 and 1/3 bedrooms. Full board will be provided by the organisers.
The organisers during the training will provide you with:
– Accomodation
– Three meals per day (also for vegetarians, vegans, etc.)
– Coffee breaks
– All needed working materials
– Wifi

Financial conditions
In case of Hungary the travel reimbursement 180 euro.
The organisers will reimburse your travel costs from your home city to Wrocław, Poland. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice and up to the level set by the EC based and the distance calculator between seat of your organisation and the venue. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full attendance during the activity and presentation of the original tickets with boarding passes (and receipts/invoices if applicable). Reimbursement will be done in cash, based only on actual costs, at the end of the training course. As a rule the cheapest reasonable travel option should be chosen.
